What we keep

• Downloads: the date, the state, and whether it was the blank or the pre-filled sheet. For a pre-filled sheet we keep the company name you typed. Project details and dates you type are used to make the PDF and are not stored.
• Email links: links in emails we send carry a short code, so we can tell which email led to a download. The code identifies the business we wrote to, not a person.
• Early-access list: the email, company and answers you submit. We use them to tell you when the product is ready and for nothing else.
• Stop-email requests: the address or code, so we can honor the request.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No IP addresses stored with downloads. No selling or sharing of your details. One session cookie, needed for the forms to work.

Where business contact addresses came from

If we emailed your business, the address came from a public state record, such as the Connecticut Business Registry on data.ct.gov. Use Stop emails or reply "stop" and we will not write again.
